Accessorial Charges for LTL Only - Please Read.Accessorial items only apply if they are listed under the item you are purchasing. You may be responsible for Accessorial Charges.If any accessorial charges apply they will be listed below your item (each charge is defined next to the “Add to Cart” button. Inside Delivery and Notify are optional. If Liftgate is listed under your item and you do not have a dock it is not optional, you must select it and add it to your cart. If Limited Access is listed below your item you must select it and add it to your cart if you fall within the definitions (See Definition under your item).

Limited Access Delivery - The term Limited Access Delivery applies to private residences, apartments, churches, schools, camps, construction sites and other such sites not generally recognized as commercial business locations.

Order Processing. To order an item from the Hausmann Garage, you can simply click the PayPal Add to Cart button and proceed through the payment procedure. Note that a PayPal Account is NOT required to use PayPal to make a payment. Payment Terms. A PayPal account is NOT required to checkout using PayPal. Hausmann only accepts Visa and Mastercard on phone-in orders.

Shipping - Tailgate Delivery (normal shipping). As part of the common carrier driver regulations, truck drivers are required only to bring merchandise to the tailgate (end) of their vehicle. It is then the customer's responsibilty to remove it from the truck.

Check Your Order. Check your order immediately for damages - inspect the contents of the carton while delivery driver is still present. If the contents are damaged the driver should make proper notation before you sign for the package. Concealed damages discovered after the cartons are opened must be reported withing 15 days of receipt of merchandise to the freight company (not us) and inspection requested. Be sure to retain all packing information on how to report the loss/damage to the freight company and proper procedure for filling out a claim form.

Returns. All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. All Hausmann Garage Items/Discontinued items have a 1 year Limited Warranty.

Sales Tax.
NJ State Sales Tax: We are required to collect NJ State Sales Tax. NJ State Tax will be calculated automatically when you check out.
NY State Sales Tax: We are required to collect NY State Sales Tax. NY State Tax is determined by the ship to address. Once we receive payment for a NY State order we will determine the tax rate and send you and additional invoice for tax only.
