Dynatronics Corporation is dedicated to eliminating human trafficking and slavery from its supply chain. Dynatronics requires its suppliers and other business partners to avoid human trafficking and slavery as a term of their contracts. Our suppliers and business partners are required to abide by all applicable laws and regulations where our products are produced and sold.
Dynatronics employees or contractors are not allowed to violate Dynatronics’ anti-human trafficking policy listed in the Code of Conduct. Failure to follow the anti-human trafficking policy can result in corrective action up to and including termination. Furthermore, the failure of a supplier or other business partner to abide by human trafficking laws and regulations can result in actions up to and including termination of the business relationship.
Dynatronics requires all management to annually review and certify their compliance with Dynatronics’ prohibitions against human trafficking that are detailed in the Code of Conduct. We hope to be a part of the solution to put a stop to these horrific issues.
