Proposition 65 requires that individuals in the State of California must be warned of exposure to certain chemicals identified by the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive effects. Chemicals are listed by the State even if these effects occur only at extremely high exposure levels or the concentration in the product is very small.
Some listed chemicals are contained or used in the manufacture of some Dynatronics products. California law requires that Dynatronics Corporation provide the following warning that you or your customers can be exposed to a Listed Chemical.
While Dynatronics products may contain detectable amounts of listed chemicals, our products meet all applicable requirements under the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act for safety and effectiveness.
The Proposition 65 warning requirements may require you to review this information with others, including your distributors, customers, medical staff or patients in California as appropriate. Dynatronics believes that such information is best provided to the patient by the healthcare provider as part of informed consent so as not to cause confusion or undue alarm.
